May 2013 meeting Agenda was a powerful (and troubling) presentation by : Patricia Ross, City Councillor in Abbotsford, BC. About the proposal by Metro Vancouver in Canada to build a huge garbage incinerator - which would inject toxic discharges into our air. We will begin to form a Whatcom action group, in opposition.
